24th Annual Pancake Breakfast Sponsorships

 
On Sunday, March 13, 2016, the Chagrin Highlands Rotary Club will sponsor our 24th Annual Pancake Breakfast at Orange High School.  This Rotary Club fundraiser benefits both our local and worldwide communities with proceeds going to projects that help people truly in need. Our club proudly serves NE Ohio including Beachwood, Orange, Pepper Pike, and Woodmere.
 
The success of this event is credited largely to our sponsors, who lend their names and generous financial support to the event.
 
We have 4 levels of presenting sponsorship packages: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze as well as Table Sponsors and Placemat Advertisers.

Each of our Sponsor/Partners will receive day of event recognition, your name on our “big board”, a table for your handouts or staff to greet attendees and, depending upon the level, custom video (which we will be glad to help produce) showing that day and throughout the year on our  website.
 
By participating as a sponsor, your organization will benefit from extended exposure through media campaigns and promotional efforts directed toward the supporters of Chagrin Highlands Rotary Club.
 
In addition to flyers throughout the community, placemat advertising at the event, articles in local newspapers, we also will be posting articles and videos on our club's websites (http://chagrinhighlandsrotary.org/  and http://chagrinhighlandsrotarycharity.org/ ) as well as our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Chagrin-Highlands-Rotary/708298722632827 ) for year-round acknowledgement advertising that promotes our sponsors and projects.  For your generous donation, you'll enjoy excellent exposure to this important segment of your target audience.
 
TABLE SPONSORS:
 
 
$375 Gold Table Sponsors will receive:
•           Table in which a representative from your business may pass out literature, give-a-ways, or sign-ups.
•           Advertising spot on our placemats on the tables at our pancake breakfast
•           Prominent recognition on our donor board as being a Table Sponsor
•           10 Tickets to our pancake breakfast
 
$275 Silver Table Sponsors will receive:
•           Table in which a representative from your business may pass out literature, give-a-ways, or sign-ups.
•           Advertising spot on our placemats on the tables at our breakfast
•           5 tickets to our pancake breakfast
 
$175 Bronze Sponsors will receive:
•           Table in which a representative from your business may pass out literature, give-a-ways, or sign-ups.
 
PLACEMAT ADS:
 
This year we will again be providing personalized 11” x 17” place mats on the tables for each breakfast served.  A reduced size sample of what the placemat will look like is show below.  For $75 or $150 (depending on what size you choose – regular business card size or double business card size), we will include your ad on the place mat.
 
You can select the level of participation that best meets your needs, and be secure in the knowledge that your sponsorship contribution will be used to help the Chagrin Highlands Rotary Club's work.
 
 
 
As a result of past Pancake Breakfasts, our club has been able to fund the following projects:
 

  • Take recovering Military Veterans being treated by the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center on an outing to an Indians Baseball Game

     
 

  • Sports Challenge Unlimited (a form of Special Olympics for the mentally and physically challenged we hold twice a year in the Spring and the Fall),

  • Water Pumping station (built a water pumping station for a village of 450 people in Bolivia that did not have access to clean drinking water)

  • Dictionary Donations (every year our club donates dictionaries to the entire 3rd grade class of the Citizens’ Academy Charter Schools in Cleveland) 

     
 

  • Police and Fire Fighter’s Awards (recognizing outstanding achievement of individual police and fire fighters in our local communities),

  • High School Speech Contest (speech competition for high school students all over Northeast Ohio).

  • Rotary International Polio Eradication fund (we are very close to eradicating Polio WORLDWIDE!)

  • In conjunction with other Rotary Clubs around the world and Rotary International, we funded Medical Missions to India, providing physicians, medical supplies and training for local providers,
